The "Air Ops" patch was made to compliment the Orange Nomex flight shirts for the Plymouth County Fire Patrol uniform that we donated.  The patch was so cool, I decided to make some hats.

Hats are sewn in the USA on Sportsman 3100 Contrast Stitch Mesh Cap.  55/45 cotton/poly bio-washed twill front panel.  Cap is olive/khaki.
